What if I don’t have all the information at the time I order?

No worries! Just follow up with us within 3 days of your arrival to keep your scheduled date and finalize any last minute details or changes.

What if I don’t have an advance reservation?

We understand this happens frequently with unanticipated needs, and we always try our best to accommodate you around our previously scheduled orders. But, since it is based around equipment availability and scheduling, please give us a call at our toll free number, and we will do our best to assist.

Will it fit in the trunk?

Yes, our scooters fit in most compact cars’ trunks and even better in sedans, suvs, or vans. We have videos to show how our scooters easily come apart, and our driver can provide a demo when he delivers the scooter, as well.  

What type of chair is best for me?

This depends on quite a few factors like your height and weight, as well as whether you’re considering doing a lot of hiking and/or touring around town instead of renting a car while you’re here. So, if you are new to mobility equipment, or aren’t exactly sure which piece of equipment would be best, just give us a call and we’ll find the perfect set of wheels for you! 

Do you take insurance? 

We don’t take insurance, but we do take flexible spending.

How long in advance do I need to make a Reservation?

We do offer same day orders pending availability, but please remember that most of our customers call in advance to reserve their equipment so we suggest contacting us as soon as you are able.

What happens if something changes or I can’t come?

Just contact us within 2 to 3 days prior to your delivery date and will cancel your reservation.

Can I get it for just one or two days?

We do not have a three day minimum for our equipment rentals due to the cost incurred in doing short term rentals. 

 Do you deliver to the Northshore/Turtle Bay?

Yes, we do  but we charge $75 extra for the delivery and pick up. 

Do you have a multi week rate/monthly rate?

Yes we do- depending on how early the booking is. For more information how to avail the equipment, give us a call and we can give you a quote. 

Can I get more than one scooter/wheelchair?

Yes you can as long as we have the equipment available. 

I decided to stay in Hawaii longer, can I extend my rental?

Yes you can extend your rental as long as you give us 24-48 hours advance notice so we can take you off the schedule.
